Ilenya Marrin, reporting
The Wildflower Poetry Society met October 9 at the Tyler Public Library. At the meeting two or three poets presented work for critique. On October 11, Ilenya Marrin shared before and after versions of one of her poems, which were quite different and led to lively discussion. We also wrote short poems using
prompts. About 8 poets are attending regularly with one or two new participants joining most meetings.
The next meeting is Thursday, November 13, 2-3:30 pm, Tyler Public Library, 201 S, College.
